Award Guide

Nominations Process

1. Review Award Requirements

Carefully read the eligibility criteria, award requirements, and category-specific guidelines. Ensure that you meet all applicable qualifications before proceeding.

2. Confirm Your ENA Membership Status

Award Application Fee:

Non-ENA Member AED 500

Note for Non-ENA Members: Non-ENA members are required to pay an application fee of AED 500 to proceed with their award nomination.

3. Download the Award Application Form

Download the application form corresponding to your selected award category from the ENA website.

4. Complete the Application Form

Fill in all required sections accurately and provide the necessary supporting evidence and documentation.

5. Pay the Award Application Fee

Complete the applicable Award application fee payment through bank deposit before submitting your application. A valid transaction receipt is mandatory and must be uploaded with the application.

Please retain a copy of the payment confirmation for upload with your application.

6. Prepare Required Documents

Ensure the following documents are ready before starting the online submission:

Professional photograph.
ENA membership available (for ENA Members).
Completed Award Application Form with supporting evidence.
Proof of Award application fee payment.

7. Submit Your Application Online

Access the ENA Award application page and upload the completed application form and all required supporting documents.

8. Review Before Submission

Verify that all information is accurate, complete, and supported by the required documentation. Incomplete applications or incomplete Award fee payments may result in disqualification.

9. Submit and Receive Confirmation

Submit your application through the website and retain the confirmation message or email for your records.

Review of Nomination

Subcommittees on Recognition Awards

Screens award nominations to verify eligibility.
Evaluates each award nomination against the award’s specific selection criteria.
Conducts interviews with top 10 participants from each category to shortlist to 3.
Recommends award recipients for consideration by the Committee on Recognition Awards.

Note: There will be a Subcommittee on Recognition Awards for each award category.

Committee on Recognition Awards

Reviews the recommendations submitted by the respective Subcommittee on Recognition Awards for each award category.
Makes decisions on the award recipients.

Note: The Committee on Recognition Awards has the authority to withhold a recommended recipient for any award category if the nominations received do not meet the selection criteria.

Award Ceremony Decision

The Public announcement on award recipients will be announced during the Emirates Nursing Association Award Ceremony.

Award Winners Recognition

Trophy Award Cups

Award winners will receive personalized trophy cups as tangible symbols of their achievements and recognition of their dedication to excellence in nursing.

Medals

Honouring medals may be presented to award winners, symbolizing their distinction and contribution to the nursing profession and serving as lasting keepsakes of their achievements.

Certificates of Recognition

Official certificates of recognition will be awarded to acknowledge the winners' exemplary performance, leadership, and outstanding contributions to the nursing profession.

Recognition and Publication Through ENA Official Channels

In line with the Award Information Publication policy, ENA reserves the right to recognize and showcase award winners, including their names, professional information, photographs, award categories, and achievements, through the ENA official website, social media platforms, and other official communication and media channels. This recognition aims to celebrate excellence, promote knowledge-sharing, and highlight outstanding contributions to the nursing profession.
