Fatima Haroon,
RN, BScN, MSc
Nursing consultant working at Department of Nursing, in Emirates Health Services ,had obtained her Master Degree in the science of innovation and change management from Hamdan bin Mohd smart University in 2013, Bachelor in Health Science Nursing from University of Sharjah - United Arab Emirates.2003. She started her career working in as a school nurse in the Dubai school heath department, after graduating from the Diploma Program from the Institute of Nursing in 1995 and then gradually she developed herself and was assigned bigger tasks and responsibilities, as she worked as a in-service educator in 1999 and as a program coordinator in 2006 and was assigned to lead first aid initiative for whole UAE governmental schools. In 2010 she had her certification as a Diabetes Nurse Educator and joined Rashid Center for Diabetes and Research “RCDR”, as a Diabetes Nurse Educator, and Insulin Pump specialist, she was a member of Research, Educational, Quality, and Awareness committee “REQA”, in 2012 she was acting as deputy nurse director and contributed a lot in staff development through conducting workshops, participating as a speaker nationally and internationally Currently she is the Nursing expert for the national initiative Enhancing the Attractiveness of Nursing as a Profession, and she had contributed tremendously in attracting nationals and non-nationals to the nursing profession, she is also the creative mind in developing international award winning Nursing promotional campaign, also she had introduced gamification, AR , and VR as methods to promote nursing as a profession, and thus she had obtained several IP for her contributions. A prat from that she is also assigned as Strategy and Excellency coordinator for the medical sectors in EHS.
Farha Hijji,
RN, BScN, MLHPE
Professional nurse with more than 13 years’ experience in clinical nursing care, professional development management, informatics and research. Participated in multiple national initiatives and strategic planning gatherings. Successfully implemented innovation professional development, technology-enabled nursing projects and well-organized professional events. Acted as member of the Judging committee of the Middle East and North Africa Stevie award in 2021 & 2022 - new products and technology category. Awarded the “Best Achiever in Healthcare” by Health Magazine, UAE in 2017 and “Salma Award for Innovation in Nursing” by Nursing Department - Ministry of Health and Prevention, UAE in 2018. Second Place team winner in the Innovation ThinkTank Certification Program at Fakeeh University Hospital, UAE, 2022. Currently assigned as nurse consultant in Nursing Department -Emirates Health Services. Member in the National Committee for Nursing and Midwifery Affairs. Member in the Advisory Board for Nursing and Midwifery under the National Institute for Health Specialties (NIHS) and the Nursing Internship Scientific Committee, NIHS.
Hebah Alzamel,
RN, BSN, MSN, CPHQ, CIC
Holds a master's degree in nursing administration from the Jordan University of Science and Technology, with an excellent grade, American Board of Quality, American Board in Infection Control Member of the American scientific committee APIC, Member of SHEA, Member of Infection Control Today® Editorial Advisory Board, member of emirate nursing association as expert she worked at the Emirates Health Services as a nursing care policy consultant and currently works at King Abdullah University Hospital in the Quality Department, Infection Control Division infection control coordinator. ISO certified internal auditor. She works as a trainer and expert on many topics of concern to quality, patient safety, infection control, public health and community health, especially schools and health centers.
Nawal AlBalooshi,

Holding Bachelor Degree in Nursing from University of Sharjah and Diploma in Nursing from Institute of Nursing UAE, with more than 10 years’ Experience in Nursing Department. Worked in Different sections in the Department, started in Nursing/Midwifery Registration section till 2017 and ended as Nursing Department Coordinator. Acted as member of the Judging committee “Salma Award for Innovation in Nursing” in 2018. Participated in Vaccination Campaign “COVID 19” in 2021 in the Vaccines Center.

Working as clinical resource nurse at Kuwait hospital Sharjah. experience in clinical nursing care 10 years, then continuous professional development management head for 10 years. I have acted as Basic Life Support instructor from 2005–2007. Successfully participated in all multiple sclerosis events as MS nurse with certified training courses. had Diploma in patient Safety and prevention of medical errors from Kings Center for professional Development (RAK) [UAE, Sharjah]. Had completed Bridging BSN degree in Nursing from Ras Al Khaimah University in 2019. I represent Emirates Nursing Association-ENA as official ENA coordinator at Kuwait hospital Sharjah. Participated officially in the Emirates Health Services research program presented by transition to practice themE. Professional Membership in UAE MS Society from 2010-2015 and American Heart Association on 2008. I have Personal Interests in Panel of discussion with expertise. Im a goal-oriented, effective communicator, enthusiastic, humanitarian and keen in professional development opportunities that service advancing the provision of services within the scope of practice. Abbas Anad,

I am currently the Acting Medical Affairs Director at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC). SKMC is a tertiary hospital with the largest ED in the Emirate (85 beds), 450 acute and critical care beds, 12 ORs, 16 outpatient specialty clinics and diabetes center. SKMC also manages 125 Behavioral science beds facility in addition to Al Rahba Infectious Disease hospital of 250 beds. I come with years of experience in Healthcare; fifteen of these years are in senior position in healthcare quality and administration. I am a JCIA expert, EFQM, OSHAD lead auditor. I am a holder Master Degree Quality Management (MQM), Master Degree in Clinical Psychology (MsPsy). I am an American Board of Medical Quality (CMQ) holder, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (SSBBC) from American Association of Quality (ASQ) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). I am a data management specialist, part of SEHA’s NIHQM (National Inpatient Hospital Quality Measures) implementation and part of SKMC NDNQI (National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators) team that has established and maintained this initiative as the first hospital in the UAE. I spoke in, participated and led planning for many international conferences. I have created and delivered several healthcare quality courses for internationally accredited universities and centers in UAE, USA, and UK. I have conducted and participated and published several research studies and educational booklets and guidelines.
Saadah Bin Ajlan,

A qualified registered Nurse amd I’m a clinical resource Nurse for operation theatre, Isolation and surgical units at Kuwait hospital Sharjah. I obtained my Bridging BSN degree in Nursing from University of Sharjah in 2018. I have 10 years’ experience as qualified registered nurse in general medical and surgical units. I’m a member of Emirates Nursing Association since 2022, also, a member of innovation taskforce team in my organization for last two years. Currently I am the coordinator of preceptorship training for Sharjah region to develop new nurses for preceptorship program. I am member of shared governance committee evidence-based practice since 2022. My personal Achievements as follows I have participated in oral abstract presentation for Kuwait Hospital Sharjah for International Council of Nursing in 2021. I have worked as frontline hero healthcare worker during COVID 19. Moreover, I have initiated simulation unit and equipped to train and upskill nursing in critical care to meet the demands of critical care nurses in 2020 at Al Kuwait Hospital Dubai. I have been recognized for the best clinical resource nurse for the last two years (2021-2022) at Sharjah Kuwait Hospital. Passion and value; I enjoy working as a nurse with patients at the bedside and I love developing and mentoring new nurses in my facility. I am interested to volunteer in nursing activities and I have a volunteering experience with patient Kidney friends from 2006-2007. Personal Interest lies in hand craft during my free time and reading books.
